He has mastered the art of creating a harmonious palette of flavors
that has brought Incredi to the forefront of evolving Asian American fare.
Chef Yin grew up from a rich culinary heritage in Hong Kong, came to the United
States in 1978 and received his culinary training from various restaurants in
Manhattan and from a good mixture of chefs all over Asia. Prior to he
owned and was executive chef at First Wok, an upscale
Chinese chain restaurant, with locations throughout the tri-state area.

For Chef Yin, the creative process is mostly mental. He comes up with new tastes
and flavors and turns them into his signature dishes. His approach is simple,
fresh and unfussy. Once you taste his succulent cuisine, you will
notice the difference. He is the heart and soul of Incredi and always
wears a warm happy smile. |
